Papi Hans contacted us to develop the visual identity for his album “Colors of Sadness.” He initially considered a text-only approach but wanted to explore adding a visual element. Through discussions, we explored concepts like happy/unhappy bears with rainbows, eventually focusing on the broader rainbow theme as a central visual.

We began by experimenting with different fonts for the title, but later moved to handwritten lettering to achieve a more personal tone.
The initial idea of using paint was replaced by digital drawing with marker and pencil. The process involved constant collaboration with the rest of the team — manager, stylist, and photographer — and required developing multiple directions in parallel as the vision evolved.
